Add an extra layer of security to your account.

What is 2FA?

Two-factor authentication requires:

  1. Something you know (password)
  2. Something you have (phone/authenticator)
  3. Why Enable 2FA?

    Protection against:

    • Password theft
    • Unauthorized access
    • Account hijacking
    • Phishing attacks

    Setup Instructions

    1. Go to Security Settings:
    2. - Log in to your account

      - Navigate to "Security"

      - Click "Enable 2FA"

      1. Choose Method:
      2. - Authenticator app (recommended)

        - SMS (text message)

        1. Configure:
        2. - Scan QR code with authenticator

          - Enter verification code

          - Save backup codes

          Recommended Apps

          • Google Authenticator
          • Authy
          • 1Password
          • Microsoft Authenticator

          Backup Codes

          Save your backup codes:

          • Use if you lose access to 2FA device
          • Store securely
          • Don't share with anyone
          • Regenerate if compromised

          Lost Access?

          If you lose your 2FA device:

          • Use backup codes
          • Contact support with ID verification
          • We'll help you regain access

          Best Practices

          • Don't disable 2FA unless necessary
          • Keep backup codes safe
          • Update phone number if using SMS
          • Use authenticator app over SMS
