What is 2FA?

Two-factor authentication requires:

1. Something you know (password)
2. Something you have (an authenticator app)

Why Enable 2FA?

Protection against:

• Password theft
• Unauthorized access
• Account hijacking
• Phishing attacks

Setup Instructions

1. Go to Settings:

- Log in to your account

- Open "Settings"

- Find "Two-Factor Authentication" and start setup

1. Use an Authenticator App:

- 2FA uses a time-based code from an authenticator app

1. Configure:

- Scan QR code with authenticator

- Enter verification code

- Save backup codes

Backup Codes

Save your backup codes:

• Use if you lose access to 2FA device
• Store securely
• Don't share with anyone
• Regenerate if compromised

Lost Access?

If you lose your 2FA device:

• Use backup codes
• Contact support with ID verification
• We'll help you regain access

Best Practices

• Don't disable 2FA unless necessary
• Keep backup codes safe
• Back up your authenticator app
